Seven years on products where the hard part is a model rather than a screen. Course authoring, prediction markets and industrial control. For the last two years I have been the only designer on the product, which is why I write down what I decided and what I got wrong.

Co-founder, design
A prediction market with an agent that advises on positions. I run design for the product and for the marketing, and one junior designer works with me. It started when our team won the Sui hackathon in Wrocław and Warsaw.

Product Designer
Core flows for a course authoring platform sold as a standalone tool to a US online school, including the course builder and the structural templates. The only designer across two teams of around eight engineers each. Also a multi-service production system for Hilton Foods, pulled into one platform.

Product Designer
A proof of concept for cleaning-in-place automation at Novolyze. A WCAG 2.1 AA rebuild of the Humanitas Academy site, mostly about making the structure findable. A design system for the MIZA investor platform, built with one other designer. I ran the product workshops with clients.
